Javalina Leap

It's really quite an experience to enjoy the harvest time. The air is potent with the smell of the vineyard and the wines. I was invited to participate in capturing a wine tour; the vineyard was in it's full blossoming and ripening; and a group from Diamond Resorts was invited to enjoy a full experience of a chef preparing a beautiful culinary delight with the wonderful vines from Javalina Leap.
